This challenge is designed to help you eliminate all added sugar from your life.
This means no added sugars that food manufactures add to processed foods and no natural sweeteners like honey, agave, maple syrup, dates or dried fruits. And just to state the obvious, NO CANDY (LOL) baked goods, pastries or ice-cream! NO SUGAR!
Throughout the duration of this challenge, I will be supplying you with additional information to make this a successful, life changing month. Once you clear out your system of sugar and balance your gut health, you will be amazed at just how alive and healthy you feel.
Along with more energy, clearer skin, balanced hormones and less food cravings, you will also feel a deeper connection to your true authentic self. Yes, a positive side-effect for some is weight loss:) It’s important to keep eating a clean whole foods diet to feel and look your very best.
Here is the new and revised Sugar Free Booklet with a sample meal plan and recipes to get you started. You may want to try some of these recipes or just keep it simple. Don’t try to change everything all at once! Cutting out the sugar is a challenge enough, focus on that and you will have more success than trying to change your entire diet.
