Don’t let the word Beginner mess with your ego:) I designed this workouts for newbies to the group, those of you who are rehabbing from an injury, pregnant or just had a baby, or are still building up strength.
I slow down and break down each move and demonstrate proper form for each move. All of still hard workouts if your are lifting an appropriate weights for your ability and if you concentrate on really squeezing the muscles and staying engaged.
I always want you to feel successful and that working out from home is beneficial. Remember that something is always better than nothing and your body craves movement everyday:)
