This 5-month women's coaching program builds on the core teachings of spirituality, feminine energy, intuition and yogic science and was designed specifically for women wishing to expand their spiritual practice. This program is for women who are ready to commit to self-love and self-discovery. Together we build our purpose, open up to our softer more tender sides, support each other and find immense strength and grace through each other.

We'll explore:
everything from astrology to numerology and how to awaken your feminine spirit so you can feel more connected in your everyday life. We will challenge your self-concept as a woman and identify and release any energy blocks that might be holding you back.

Master Ancient Kundalini Techniques

You'll learn:
This time will have you mastering ancient Kundalini techniques that help regulate your nervous system and heal your glandular system—bringing more joy, vibrancy, and peace into your life.
