The original Buns of Steel was a big hit so I decided to film a new version of a great glute workout. You need your set of light weights for this workout (ankle weights work as well).
It might take a few times for you to be able to complete all the reps in this workout. It takes a few months of consistent effort to be able to do these long, flat back workouts!
Even I was sore for days after filming this one.
