1 lime
½ cucumber
1 cup frozen mango
1 celery stalk
A big handful of greens (kale, spinach or whatever)
A big nub of ginger
1 tsp of spirulina* (optional)
Fill the rest of the blender container with water or coconut water and blend until
smooth. Makes one big smoothie.
