Many people think of yoga as a form of physical exercise where others think of it as a religious act. Where in fact the word Yoga translates in to the words “to unite” or UNION. Yoga is the union of the individual’s consciousness with the Infinite Consciousness.
Yogi Bhajan describes yoga as the technology of awareness. Kundalini yoga develops the neutral mind and its capacity for intelligence, endurance and integrity.
I have found kundalini yoga to be the fastest way to align the relationships between my mind, body and soul.
Kundalini yoga awakens the kundalini energy that resides within each of us. Of course, it’s not for everyone and that’s ok. I am sharing my experience, as it has been a powerful and profound one that has made me more conscious, creative and graceful women. I feel the Grace of God that resides within me, that resides within each of us, that resides within each grain of sand and every living thing of this planet.
As a society, we need this pranic, life force energy now more than ever. The Aquarian Age has changed the global collective, which I’m sure you are starting to feel and see with everything that is going on in our world. This change from the age of information into the age of energy means we need to use our meditative mind differently. The minds of the future are more sensitive and intuitive.
“We will need stamina under stress, clarity of values for decisions, and a new base for identity. We need the ability to command our brain, mind and states of consciousness consciously through the filter of our intuition, wisdom and the positive, negative, and neutral minds.” Yogi Bhajan
I will be sharing what I learned and how to apply it into daily life over the next few months. These teachings have supported my transformation and hold so much power, grace and dignity in them.
