Spring Run and Strength Clinic

I am so excited to be bringing back my Spring Run and Strength Clinic and hit the roads and trails with the amazing women of the North Shore once more!

I started my run and strength clinic last Spring when I had the calling to get more involved in my community of Deep Cove. I wanted to create community, connection and help women learn to love running while gaining strength and endurance.

The Clinic was a massive success with all the women encouraging each other to run new distances, push aside their self limiting beliefs around running and HAVE SO MUCH FUN while training together. I enjoyed leading such a badass group and loved meeting new moms and women in the area.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS

This is a run and strength clinic, meaning, we don’t just go for slow leisurely runs. We work hard at all areas of running including speed, hill training, pacing and yes, there are even some sessions that will look more like a bootcamp than a run clinic:)

We meet every Wednesday night for the DRILLS. The focused workouts that will improve your overall running and endurance.

We meet every Saturday for a mapped out trail run (all east of Lynn Valley and mostly all from Blueridge or Seymour area). There is always 2 distances to choose from. A longer run ranging from 7-12km and a shorter loop ranging from 4-8km. These will progressively get a bit longer as we improve!

This Run and Strength Clinic is for women who:

  • Are wanting to increase their endurance to run longer more comfortably.
  • Are wanting to gain speed in the distance they are already running.
  • Enjoy getting out of their comfort zone to build strength, tenacity and grit.
  • Want to learn more trails here on the North Shore.
  • Enjoy the company of other amazing women.
  • Thrive with accountability and consistency.
  • Want to feel confident and strong come summer!

DATES

Every Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 8am (minus Easter weekend) starting April 4th and going all the way through until June 27th.

COST

$280 for the entire 3 months. That works out to be $20 a week:)

All runners welcome! I will have help managing the group and you will receive coaching from multiple distance running and athletic coaches along the way.
