While working on your body is essential to physical health and fitness, all of your efforts won’t stick until you establish a healthy mindset and achieve a clean whole foods diet. You need to adopt a consistency mindset and create sustainable healthy habits so that this truly becomes your new lifestyle, not just another program you try.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will learn how to build a consistent routine built on the 3 pillars of health: FITNESS, NUTRITION and MINDSET.
HOW THIS WORKS
Below are The Power Project Introduction Booklet, workout calendar, sample meal plan and link to your workouts. You must take the time to read through the booklet, print out the workout calendar and save the workout link right to your desktop for easy access. The sample meal plan is a great tool to help inspire your meal planning!
Each Monday, I will be sending you emails with that week’s theme. Please make sure you take the time to read each email and do the homework provided. On Thursday’s I will send you your journal questions and reflections. This part must not be skipped!
Ladies, I want you to make real change over the course of these next 12 weeks together. Reclaiming your power starts with a commitment and an intention for positive growth. With this program you have the accountability, community, connection, and me as your coach to guide you through the very real process of transforming your life!
The workouts are hard, going sugar free is hard, and looking inwards and shining light on ourselves and the areas we wish to change is the hardest. But change doesn’t come easy.
