The transition into Summer is a glorious one but as we soften and relax into a slower pace, so do our rituals, habits and routines. That is where I can help! Check out the 2 different training opportunities with me this Summer.
 
It’s really important to establish a consistency mindset now, before the kids get out of school and vacation comes around.  The habits we cultivate now help us role into the lazy summer days with more confidence that we will continue our self-care, our workouts and our clean eating.

I never want you to feel overwhelmed by your health and wellness routines. You have to find a system that works for you and that fits into your budget, lifestyle and timeframe. When we overcommit ourselves, we end up feeling stressed and in the end—defeated by our inability to make all of the desired “changes”.
 

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

PERSONAL TRAINING 

 
With my coaching, the goal is ALWAYS, one step at a time. And right now, I am offering a few different ways to train with me before I close my doors to new clients for the rest of the Summer.
 
Until the Summer’s Solstice (June 21st), I am offering an amazing deal on a personal training bundle to set you up for success for the summer (and beyond). 
Personal Training Bundle includes:
  • Three 1:1 personal training coaching sessions with me where I customize a workout to help you build up strength, get a little sweaty and have fun while learning more about the fundamentals of exercise. If you have a specific area you are trying to target, I will ensure your workout is built around your goals:)
  • Three take-away personalize home or gym workouts for you to do on your own time. Working out once a week is a great start, but I encourage all my clients to move and lift at least 3 times a week and having your own program to follow is the only way to make lifting and movement a consistent practice.
  • Accountability check in! I will be available for a follow up check in to help guide you and keep you on track with your goals. Having someone in your corner supporting you is a strong motivator and will help keep you accountable to your workouts.

COST: $200.

Must use all 3 coaching session before August and live in the North Vancouver area. Training days available are Thursdays and Fridays (some weekends).

GET RIPPED AND RUN – BOOTCAMP AND RUN CLINIC

Due to the number of requests from so many of you, I am going ahead with a full summer of bootcamps! This bootcamp will start from my place in Deep Cove and head to a local park. Please know that there will be some running included in this bootcamp along with the HIIT and lots of bodyweight, total body strengthening moves. Every class will be different to keep it fun and exciting.

This clinic will help you stay consistent, build up your endurance, get strong, and you’ll get a chance to socialize with an amazing group of women (that’s my favourite part).

5 Class Pass: $75 or drop in $20.

Clinic starts July 3 and runs EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT at 7pm for the entire Summer (rain or shine)!! #consistencymindset

You’ll need to bring a yoga mat and water to every class.
